As Parts Of The Month for July 2005 we have decided
not to show any casting part.

Instead we want to show that we rather often deliver tools
using ceramic inlays in order to give our customers highly
precise investment casting parts.
As an example let us talk about tooth systems where it often
is possible to use the unmachined casting parts where otherwise
completely machined parts are the only way to meet the
requirements of the users.

Please note that these ceramic inlays have nothing to do
with the ceramic layers on the parts' outer surface during
casting process (and which will be destroyed after casting
to get the parts out) .

Using ceramic inlays surely increase the tooling costs.
But these expense is only billed one time. In bulk quantities
you save enormous additional costs for machining work, and
you are a lot quicker when it comes to overall delivery times.

Simply cheap
is not always inexpensive!

We of course can tell you in detail what kind of tool we
will use or recommend for the parts you will need.
