The part for June 2006 is one of the components
which build a guideway.
The material titanium Grade 5 was choosen here to realize
long service time. The shown part was made as an
investment casting part using lost-wax-technology.
Please note that the base plate is free of distortion
with a thickness of only around 1 millimeter!
