Titanium Graphite casting

Similar to using stainless steel materials it is possible to manufacture pressure-resistent as well as big-volume parts out of the material titanium, too. But there is a small but important difference: As casting has to be done under vacuum conditions graphite based molds are used which result in good surface quality and besides give a good and homogeneus casting process. The following pictures show some typical parts which were produced using the above mentioned process. You further will find some views from the production line.
